Welcome to Toy Trucksmith!

The Toy Trucksmith web site is an integral part of our toy truck business. Our compound consists of a 40' x 60' steel building which includes a metal shop and woodworking area. There is an 8' x 12' paint booth with filtered air in and out, a 10' x 16' storage building for storing finished trucks and trailers, and a 16' x 24' building with a loft for our personal collection.

We have over 1,200 toy trucks and related equipment in inventory including All-American, Les Paul, Steelcraft, Tonka, Tonka DeSalle, Buddy L, Structo, Doepke, Lincoln, Wyandotte, and (of course) Smith Miller. About half of the inventory is made up of Smith Miller vintage trucks and Fred Thompson collector trucks. We offer trucks for sale through this website and trucks will be listed for sale on eBay from time to time. So, keep checking back with us, there's always a surprise or two to be found!

Toy Trucksmith attends toy shows around the midwest, including the Indianapolis National Toy Truck and Construction Equipment show in August; the Dyersville, Iowa toy show in November; and the St Louis, Missouri show in February. We enjoy the company of many people with the same interest in vintage toys, and plan to go to more shows in the future.
